CE Standards Compliance for DC Power Supply Input

To comply with CE Standards, install a fuse for the DC power supply input.

Figure 1 shows a wiring example for a DC power supply that has two drives connected in parallel.

Electrical Shock Hazard

Do not ground the main circuit bus.

Incorrect wiring can cause serious injury or death.

Note:

Install a fuse for each drive when operating more than one drive. If one fuse blows, replace all fuses.
Install the external filter (system) to comply with the EMC Directive.

Refer to Table 1, Table 2, and Table 3 for the recommended fuses.
