Motor Overheat (NTC Input)
|
The motor temperature detected by NTC thermistor is more than the value set in L1-16 [Motor 1 Overheat Temperature] or L1-18 [Motor 2 Overheat Temperature].
|
-
Correct motor thermistor wiring errors.
-
Correct the motor overheat temperature setting.
-
Check the load level, acceleration/deceleration time, and motor start/stop frequency (cycle time).
-
Adjust E1-04 to E1-10 [V/f Pattern Parameters].
-
Make sure that the motor cooling system is operating correctly, and repair or replace it if it is damaged.
|
Note:
If the drive detects this error, the terminal set to H2-01 to H2-04 = 10 [MFDO Function Select = Alarm] will activate.
