Motor Overheat (NTC Input)

The motor temperature detected by NTC thermistor is more than the value set in L1-16 [Motor 1 Overheat Temperature] or L1-18 [Motor 2 Overheat Temperature].

  • Correct motor thermistor wiring errors.

  • Correct the motor overheat temperature setting.

  • Check the load level, acceleration/deceleration time, and motor start/stop frequency (cycle time).

  • Adjust E1-04 to E1-10 [V/f Pattern Parameters].

  • Make sure that the motor cooling system is operating correctly, and repair or replace it if it is damaged.

Note:
  • Do a Fault Reset to clear the fault.

  • Set the stopping method for this fault in L1-20 [Motor Overheat (oH5) Selection].
